Tõnu Pekk acquired 75% of AS GILD Fund Management
Transaction between GILD Bankers and Tõnu Pekk was closed in the end of February and Tõnu Pekk acquired 75% of the fund management company of Risk Capital Fund GILD Arbitrage.
Transaction between GILD Bankers and Tõnu Pekk was closed in the end of February and Tõnu Pekk acquired 75% of the fund management company of Risk Capital Fund GILD Arbitrage. New supervisory board of the company also appointed Tõnu Pekk as the fund manager of GILD Arbitrage. Transaction was finalized after the necessary preconditions were filled – Estonian Financial Supervision Authority gave its approval to the change of control and the creditors of GILD Arbitrage approved the management fee of the fund for the next 6 months period.
The name of the fund management company was changed to AS GA Fund Management and it has been separated from the GILD group. Company’s new website is www.gafm.ee and employees e-mail addresses will be in the form firstname.lastname@gafm.ee.
