GILD asset based lending and investing

In the beginning of 2010 a transaction between GILD Bankers and Tõnu Pekk was closed and Tõnu Pekk acquired 75% of the fund management company of Risk Capital Fund GILD Arbitrage. New supervisory board of the company also appointed Tõnu Pekk as the fund manager of GILD Arbitrage.

The name of the fund management company has been changed to AS GA Fund Management and it has been separated from the GILD group.
