GILD real estate

GILD real estate team is focused on commercial real estate investments in Emerging Europe. We are looking for hidden upsides in investment projects where we can add value through professional asset management in cooperation with tenants, partners and investors. We aim to create well balanced portfolios of rental cash flow and development projects.

Currently GILD real estate team manages real estate fund EEREIF (Eastern Europe Real Estate Investment Fund) that has investments in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria and Poland. EEREIF has provided investors with average annual return of close to 14% since inception in May 2005.

We are also mapping the market in our target region to raise a new real estate fund.
