Secondary Market Trading

EEREIF is a closed-end fund and according to Fund Rules and Prospectus, EEREIF fund units are not redeemable. Thus there are no new fund units issued after the initial issue of EEREIF in March 2008. However, if you are interested in buying or selling EEREIF fund units on the secondary market, then please contact us at sales@gildbankers.com, as we will continue to help in bringing together interested parties. We will take 1% of handling fee for acting as the secondary market intermediary for EEREIF.
