Lauri Isotamm

Lauri specialises in investment banking and corporate law, and he has more than a decade of experience in banking and finance. Prior to joining GILD, Lauri worked as Head of Legal Department at Hansabank Markets and held several other positions within this leading financial institution in the region. Throughout his career, Lauri has gained in-depth knowledge and experience in M&A transactions, capital raisings and corporate and financial law (including international finance deals). Lauri has also participated in a number of private equity deals. Lauri holds an MA degree in law from the University of Tartu. Since 2006, Lauri has led the GILD Investment Banking team in all GILD markets. In addition to executing investment banking deals, he develops cooperation within M&A International, generates new transactions for the pipeline, and builds new client relationships.
