GILD Bankers is a leading Baltic investment bank active in all European countries. The core services of GILD are management of alternative funds and investment banking. Baltic countries are the home markets of GILD, but the area of activities and investments extends to the CEE, CIS and Nordic region.

GILD Alternative Funds is a specialized alternative investment manager in Emerging Europe with dedicated teams for managing asset based investing and lending investments, private equity and real estate investments. GILD Alternative Funds manages multi-strategy hedge fund GILD Arbitrage and real estate fund EEREIF. GILD Alternative Funds unit is the first Baltic member of global hedge fund association, the Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA) that has 1,280 corporate members worldwide based in 47 countries. GILD Real Estate is a member of the European Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles (INREV), which joins together more than 320 leading institutions and other market players.

GILD Investment Banking team focuses on mid-market M&A advisory and capital raising transactions. Since 1999, GILD has advised and successfully completed around 140 transactions with a combined value around EUR 3 billion. In 2008 GILD Investment Banking team advised and completed 12 transactions. GILD Investment Banking unit is a member of M&A International, a global alliance of 40 independent M&A advisory and investment banking firms in 37 countries.
