GILD Bankers Partner Šarūnas Skyrius comments: "We are extremely proud to have worked with Alma Littera on this transaction. This acquisition will solidify Alma Littera's position as the strongest book retailer in Lithuania and will increase the health of the sector as a whole. The nature of the transaction fits a trend we have witnessed recently, as there is increasingly more domestic consolidation deals while acquisitions by foreign strategic investors, which seem to have postponed their Baltic plans indefinitely, have vanished altogether.
