Tõnis Haavel is leaving the partnership of GILD Bankers

At the recent Quarterly Partners`meeting of GILD Bankers, Partners Tarmo Jüristo and Tõnis Haavel expressed the wish to leave the partnership.
Tarmo Jüristo would like to continue the academic career he has commenced earlier. Tõnis Haavel considers it necessary to withdraw from the management of the parent company of GILD Group as he also decided to resign from the managerial positions of the fund management companies responsible for the management of GILD's alternative funds. GILD Bankers unanimously approved the applications of both. As of December 7th 2009 GILD Bankers has 10 partners and around 40 employees. Baltic investment bank GILD Bankers has two core business lines - management of alternative funds and investment banking.
